CNC MILLING
Our CNC machines are capable of precisely machining wood, MDF, Plywood, and Foam materials with a cutting depth of up to 250 mm, depending on the type, grade, and design of the part.
With advanced 5-axis capabilities, we can produce both 2D details and complex 3D details, allowing for greater versatility in design and fabrication.
The advanced specifications of our machines enable the production of large components, with dimensions up to 3000 x 1300 mm, ensuring a high degree of accuracy with a tolerance of +/- 0.01 mm.
Additionally, we offer technical engraving and marking services for manufactured wood parts, providing detailed and customized finishes.

CNC Milling Production Guide
-
DESIGN
Please send us your design in vector format, and we will review it to confirm that it can be successfully produced. -
MATERIAL
Choose the material and thickness you prefer. If we believe a different option would be more suitable, we will specifically point it out.
-
POST-PROCESSING
Tell us if your items require finishing after cutting. We offer services like ,grinding, oiling, edge trimming and more. -
CNC-BENDING
When all production specifics are arranged, we will complete your order through our production facilities -
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
Packed carefully once production is finished, your product will be set for delivery. We are happy to assist in determining the best transport method
In order for us to CNC mill your design or give you a quote, your files must meet six outlined requirements.
If you’re unable to prepare your files yourself, reach out to us, we're happy to assist as part of our services.
2D files should be vector-based (Ai, DWG, DXF, SVG, PDF, etc.).
3D models must be provided in STEP/.STP or .STL formats.
The Curves within the files must be closed and consistent.
The scale must be 1:1 relative to the final size of the items.
The item dimensions must be within the limits of 1300 x 3000 x 250 mm.
Clarify the number of parts, the material to be used, and whether additional post processing is needed after the CNC milling
