CNC METAL BENDING
At WE MAKE, we offer sheet metal bending and folding services using advanced electrical and hydraulic CNC bending machines.
Our presses can handle parts with a maximum length of up to 8,000 mm and a force capacity of 1,000 T. The complexity and technical fabrication options for each bending part can be assessed by reviewing the corresponding drawings.
Our experts are always available to assist you with finding the best solutions. From a structural perspective, bending provides a more stable and cost-effective joint compared to welding.
Make it precisely
Sheet metal CNC bending is a manufacturing process where sheet metal is bent into specific shapes using a CNC machine.
This process is essential for creating complex and precise parts from flat sheets of metal.
Key Features:
Precision: CNC bending offers high precision, allowing for consistent results even in complex designs.
Efficiency: The process is automated, reducing the risk of human error and speeding up production.
Flexibility: It can create a wide range of shapes and is suitable for both small and large production runs.

Packed carefully once production is finished, your product will be set for delivery. We are happy to assist in determining the best transport method
In order for us to CNC bend your design or give you a quote, your files must meet five outlined requirements.
If you’re unable to prepare your files yourself, reach out to us, we're happy to assist as part of our services. reach out to us,
2D files should be vector-based (Ai, DWG, DXF, SVG, PDF, etc.).
Files must be provided with material thickness, fold lines and fold angles clearly indicated.
The Curves within the files must be closed and consistent.
The scale must be 1:1 relative to the final size of the items.
Clarify the number of parts, the material to be used, and whether additional post processing is needed after the CNC milling
